PFINDER 800 Colour Contrast Red & Flourescent. Type II+III / sensitivity level 2 PFINDER 800 is a hydrocarbon-free, directly water-washable and readily biodegradable colour contrast penetrant (red + fluorescent) for crack detection of surfaces. Due to its removability, PFINDER 800 provides a low residual background even on rough surfaces and therefore a user- friendly interpretability of the indications. Ideal for penetrant testing at temperatures between -20°C to +100°C (temperature of work part) accoring to EN ISO 3452-5 and EN ISO 3452-6. |

Wet Developer, penetrant testing, solvent based. PFINDER 871 is a solvent-based wet developer for penetrant testing. It is suitable for colour contrast and fluorescent penetrant testing; whislt being quick drying and can be easily wiped off from the surface or removed with water after testing. PFINDER 871 is qualified for penetrant testing at temperatures between -20°C to +70°C (temperature of work part) according to EN ISO 3452-5 and EN ISO 3452-6.

Remover PFINDER 890 is a special cleaner based on isopropanol /acetone for penetrant and magnetic particle testing. It can be used as a precleaner for removal of oils and greases from the surface to be tested, or as a approved remover of PFINDER penetrants or as a remover of PFINDER contrast paint. PFINDER 890 is particulary suitable for general cleaning and removal of oils and greases. Material compatability (e.g. for plastics) should be be checked beforehand. |
