PFINDER 280 PFINDER 280 is a quick-drying white contrast paint for magnetic particle testing. In combination with magnetic particles, e.g. magnetic particle suspension PFINDER 251 surface defects of magnetizable materials can be indicated under daylight conditions. PFINDER 280 is suitable for testing at temperatures between 0°C and +50°C (temperature of work part).

PFINDER 890 Based on acetone and isopropanol
PFINDER 890 is a special cleaner based on isopropanol / acetone for penetrant and magnetic particle testing. PFINDER 890 is used as precleaner for removal of oils and greases from the surface to be tested, as approved remover of PFINDER penetrants or as remover of PFINDER contrast paint. PFINDER 890 is particulary suitable for general cleaning and removal of oils and greases. Material compatability (e.g. for plastics) has to be checked beforehand.

PFINDER 205 PFINDER 205 is a water-suspendible concentrate of black magnetic particles with special additives for magnetic particle testing. PFINDER 205 indicates surface defects of magnetizable materials under daylight conditions. The concentrate PFINDER 205 has to be stirred in water. An even dispersion of the particles will be obtained very quickly. For best results the use of white contrast paint (e.g. PFINDER 280) is recommended. |
