X-RIS X-Ray Imaging Solutions actively develop and supply innovative solutions in digital radiography for a broad variety of Industrial Sectors and Security. Portable X-Ray NDT Solutions
In NDT, image quality is key and therefore constant potential generators are a must. X-RIS solutions in portable NDT have evolved beyond what has been on the market up until now.
Standard packages combine:
- a microfocus portable battery operated generator which offers a SRb < 50 µm with a 100 µm flat panel
- the averaging mode of our detector Dereo that allows to reach SNR higher than 1000 !
- the magnifier and real-time filters of Maestro, the most user-friendly software on the digital x-ray market.

Dereo UP is a portable digital X-Ray system for indoor and outdoor X-Ray inspection jobs.

Dereo HE
Portable High Energy X-ray DDA for heavy duty inspections
Dereo HE (High Energy) is ideal for the X-Ray of high density materials and large thickness depths. Electronical components are sensitive to ionizing radiations. If not properly designed the lifetime of flat panels can be significantly reduced. Most of them are shielded up to 160 keV internally. Dereo HE has been designed in such a way that the electronical components sensitive to X-rays have been deported next to the active area where they can be shielded. With this design and the appropriate shielding, Dereo HE can work safely in heavy duty with X-ray generators up to 450 kV (or more), Linear accelerators and Se-75 or Ir-192.

Dereo HR
Portable Battery powered DDA for High Resolution NDT inspections
Dereo HR is a High Resolution, innovative ultra compact panel, with pixels of 48 and 96 µm, with the CMOS reading head and the electronic board have been separated in two modules. This design adaptation aids the compact deisgn, delivering dimensions of only 13cm x 5cm x 2cm, enabling digital radiography inspection in hard to reach areas.

- Small Pipe and spool welds
- Small diameter Ti and Al pipe welds
- E-Beam welds
